This charming villa is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the Cote d'Azur village of Valbonne. It has 3 bedrooms (one large double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms) and 2 bathrooms plus a designer kitchen as well as a cozy, spacious and bright living room with dining area and access to a garret office room.
The villa is situated in a luxuriant garden of 4000m² with southern exposure. From the living room French doors open onto the panoramic terrace with barbecue and garden furniture (seating for 8 persons). From here you can enjoy the view of the fabulous newly landscaped pool terrace and the private pool (10x5 m), surrounded by numerous sun loungers and parasols.

The villa is located in the pretty garden with shady coniferous trees, Mediterranean plants and flowers. Next to the house is a flat lawn and another garden with fruit trees.
From the living room, French doors open onto the terrace, which is battered with traditional charcoal grill and teak table with chairs for 8 people. From here you can overlook the pool and enjoy views of the forest and national nature park with the majestically rising mountains in the background.
At the end of the garden there is a gate that opens onto a path that leads in one direction to the supermarket and Valbonne (5 minutes walk) and in the other direction to beautiful paths in the nature park.
