Vacation apartment with a base-surface of 80m². There are 2 bed rooms with a crib in one of them. Each bed room offers a double bed and one may place an additional bed.
Furthermore there is a fully equipped breakfast kitchen. A separate living room with Sat TV is to be found. A separate toilet, as well as a large bathroom with bath tub, shower and two wash basins and a toilet also belong to the apartment. A balcony and a washing machine complete the arrangement.
All rooms ar equiped completly and they are nicly decorated.
Visitors use a separate entrance to enter the vacation apartment.
France is not far away (to Strasbourg around 1 hour by car), "Schwäbische Alb" is close by (aprox. 1 hour by car) even Lake Constance is close (aprox. 1,5 hours by car).

The vacation apartment is located next to a small river in the middle of a beautiful Black Forest valley.
The location is qualified for people who are searching for nature and rest. For kids it is perfect because there is a play ground and a lot of green space for playing. A barbecue place can be used too. In the early morning you may watch roe deer walking by. Close to the house there is a lake where you can go for a swim. Freudenstadt is the next bigger city and famous for its marketplace.
