Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before arrival receive 100% of the booking payment back. Travellers who cancel between 30 and 60 days before their scheduled arrival will be refunded 50% of the booking fee. Travellers cancelling any later than this will not receive a refund.
A deposit of €300.00 in cash is due upon being given the keys.
The deposit will be refunded in cash once the rental has been deemed in proper condition.
