A fantastic holiday bungalow with a 10-meter boat dock on the water. With approximately 90 m² of living space, it offers enough room for up to 4 people.
The living room is bright and cheerfully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, and a combination microwave. For entertainment, there are many German channels and free Wi-Fi available.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and a washbasin. A separate guest toilet and a storage room for bicycles are also useful.
In the garden, there are garden furniture and a swimming ladder. Pets are allowed, but unfortunately, smokers are not.
This holiday bungalow offers plenty of options for water enthusiasts: A terrace for sunbathing and the swimming ladder from the 10-meter boat dock allows you to moor your own boat or just take a dip in the cool water.

Lemmer is an old fishing village where the atmosphere is still maritime and cozy. The town is located in South Friesland, on the IJsselmeer (we have a beach) and by the lakes. In the village, there are many boats, you'll find good restaurants, terraces, and nice shops.
A swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, squash, and many water sports are also offered here. You are welcome to bring your own boat or rent a small motorboat/sailboat.
