The holiday apartment "Appartement Marianne" (49 m²) is located above the town of Zell am See on the Sonnberg with a beautiful view of Lake Zell and the surrounding mountains.
In the same house, we rent a second holiday apartment - "Appartement Karin" for 4 (+2) people, see property number 42982.
The apartment is on the ground floor (non-smoking apartment, newly renovated, 49 sqm, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 small pull-out couch (sleeping area approx. 130x195), 1 kitchen-living room (equipped with an electric stove with 4 plates, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, cable TV) with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeping area 160/200), bathroom (bathtub/shower/toilet), anteroom (wardrobe), balcony, in the summer its own small terrace with seating, private entrance, private parking) and is fully furnished (for 5 people).
When highlighted in yellow on the occupancy calendar, the Marianne apartment can only be booked as a studio (living kitchen, bathroom, entrance hall, balcony, and terrace - without bedroom)!

The access road (Sonnbergstraße) to our house is regularly cleared during the winter months, and grit and salt are spread. Please note that on some winter days (about 3 to 5 days per winter), you may still need snow chains (for a few hours) (snow chains are mandatory on these days).
