Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract without naming a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:

- up to 185 days before the start of the rental period = 35% of the rental price
- up to 95 days before the start of the rental period = 50% of the rental price
- up to 45 days before the start of the rental period = 75% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 45 days before the start of the rental period) = 100% of the rental price

Holiday destination
The exclusive villa park is quietly situated between the Oosterschelde and Veerse Meer, offering numerous water sports opportunities. The beautiful, miles-long sandy beach, which has been repeatedly chosen as the most beautiful and cleanest beach in the Netherlands, is just a 5-minute walk from the house.
Facilities in the park include a bistro, restaurant, and snack & fries, supermarket, playgrounds, indoor swimming pool, mini-golf, tennis courts, bicycle rental, trampoline, table tennis, petanque court, darts, arcade, etc. There are several charging stations for electric cars at the park center.

Haus und Garten sind in einem makellosen Zustand. Man spürt, dass die Eigentümer bei der Einrichtung
ein stilsicheres Konzept verfolgt haben. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Sauberkeit im Haus ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Wir hatten eine Woche traumhaftes Wetter und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Nach unseren langen Wanderungen war unser Hund hoch erfreut, seine müden Knochen auf dem Rasen im Schatten regenerieren zu können - während wir die letzten Sonnenstrahlen auf der Süd-West-Terrasse einfangen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir fahren sehr oft als Familie in Ferienwohnungen, aber so eine tolle Ferienwohnung hatten wir allerdings noch nie!
Es war nicht nur sauber u sehr ordentlich, sondern mit welcher Liebe die Vermieter das Haus eingerichtet haben, hat uns sehr überwältigt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!
