The bungalow has 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms are equipped with two single boxspring beds, one bedroom with a bunk bed (6x single bed covers). In the new bathroom there is bath, walk-in shower, toilet and washstand. The kitchen is fully equipped with e.g. a refrigirator, microwave and coffee machine. In the living room cable television, a CD-player and a hearth are present. Furthermore, the bungalow has a wireless internet connection and washing machine. The garden with terrace and garden house is located on the south side and fully separated. There are parking facilities next to the bungalow.

The park 'De Parel' is located on the edge of the forest and is known for its spacious and private gardens. The terrace is always located on the south side and also pets are welcome. The park is located approximately 3 km away from the village of De Koog and 1,5 km away from the beach.
