The comfortable, modernly furnished holiday apartment "Rosengarten" offers plenty of space for 2-6 people to feel at home.
In 2003, we, Gerhard and Sabine, took over the farm from our father and have since been running the dairy farming business.
Our farm "Gfinker" is located in Völser Aicha, a district of Völs am Schlern in the heart of the Schlern area on the sunny side of the Tiers Valley, at an altitude of 750 meters, amidst meadows and fields surrounded by the magnificent panorama of the Dolomites such as Rosengarten, Schlern, and Latemar.
Special features
At our place, you can relax on the large sunbathing lawn while the children enjoy the play options at the adjacent playground and have great playmates with our 3 children.
Enjoy the peace and view from the balcony, help with the hay harvest, feed and pet the animals, watch the farmer milking and enjoy a glass of fresh cow's milk, or simply experience everyday farm life - all this is possible on our farm.
Holiday destination
Enjoy the numerous hiking opportunities in the Dolomites. With us, you can spend a beautiful day right at the foot of the Rosengarten, surrounded by a magnificent mountain panorama, and let your soul dangle with pleasure.
In just under an hour, you'll be on the Seiser Alm, the largest high-altitude Alpine meadow in Europe, where diverse hiking trails, rustic shelters and mountain huts, and beautiful fauna and flora await you.
Getting there
Exit the northern highway towards Brenner, at the village of Blumau, turn left at the two tunnels towards Völs am Schlern, turn right at the Gasthaus Faust towards Tiers after about 4.5km, after a sharp left curve turn right and after about 1.2 km you will find our farm.
