Our holiday home is cosy, contemporary and peaceful.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the ground floor and 1st floor. The balcony and terrace are ideal if you want to unwind and relax, and the sauna is a great retreat on cooler days.
Spend your evenings in the spacious living room and watch TV or play board games. You can also browse the large selection of books.
During the day you can walk along the Bodden coast or look for mushrooms in the nearby forest. Another option is to go on a bike trip (4 bicycles are at your disposal) to Zingst at the Baltic Sea.
Parking in front of the house, balcony, terrace, beach chair, garden house with bicycles, barbecue area, sauna, washing machine, dishwasher and the nearby jetties complete the offerings for a relaxing holiday.

Collect mushrooms, take walks, go on a bike ride, visit the indoor swimming pool or simply fly a kite. There's a wide range of possibilities.
To have the water at your doorstep while also being able to walk through the coherent forest areas is exactly what makes the southern Bodden coast so appealing. In the immediate vicinity you'll find the harbour that offers canoe touring and walking about 700m will take you to the traditional port of Bodstedt, where the passenger ships depart for Born and Prerow. The holiday residence is about 12 km from the Baltic health spa resorts Zingst and Prerow and the white, seemingly endless Baltic beach. The village has restaurants, a butcher's shop and a grocery store. If you want to do big shopping, we recommend going to Barth (just under 10 km away). Convenient destinations are the romantic Weststrand (west beach), the Lighthouse Darßer place, Darßer Arche National Park and Guest Centre and the former artists' village Ahrenshoop.
The municipality Fuhlendorf/Bodstedt is located about 50 km east of Rostock and about 35 km west of Stralsund. Fuhlendorf is characterised by rows of houses situated along the Bodden's shore and is bordered by an extensive forest.
To get to our holiday home, drive through the village until you see the signpost for the "Hafen" (harbour). Make a turn onto Hafenstraße (a one-way street). Right before reaching the jetty -the Hafenstraße makes right bend- you'll want to turn left and onto the newly serviced holiday property "Zum Bootssteg".

We, the families Kopischke and Rosahl, are proud owners of our holiday home in Fuhlendorf am Bodden. We also spend several days a year in Fuhlendorf and enjoy the quiet surroundings and the fresh air of the Baltic Sea.
