If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Holiday destination
The area around Petra is particularly rural with fertile land and lots of farmers. The idyllic, rolling countryside invites you to take long strolls, to hike or to cycle and explore the beauty of this peaceful zone. You can still find lots of wind mills there. It's very romantic to walk along the small paths, passing cornfields, wind mills and old farms. On the horizon raises the "Puig de Bonany", this is with 317 meters the highest elevation of the area. From up there you can see big part of Majorca: starting with the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana through to the Bahía de Alcúdia. Furthermore, you'll find a tiny church up there. It's beautiful!
Where do you want to go to the beach? From Petra is very easy to get to the northern and south-eastern beaches, in between 20 - 20 minutes driving by car you can get to lots beaches. For us the best ones are: Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort, the natural beach Son Serra de Marina, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda, Portocolom and much more!

Wir haben unsere Fliterwochen dort verbracht, es war einfach nur herrlich. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr sauber und es war alles da was man für einen Erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für zwei sehr schöne Wochen.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten mal auf der Finca Cirera. Auch in diesem Urlaub haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Lage ist prima. Das Örtchen Petra sehr beschaulich . Da wir gerne gemeinsam kochen, waren wir von der Ausstattung der Küche sehr enttäuscht. Ein Kochen war so gut wie unmöglich. Außer Geschirr in rauen Mengen , gibt es wenig brauchbare Utensilien. Auch Dinge wie zum Beispiel: Wischlappen, Spüli, Spülmaschinentaps, Spülbürste usw. muß man sich erst im Supermarkt besorgen. Leider mussten wir Nachts oft frieren, da die Bettwäsche(Laken) für die kühlere Jahreszeit nicht geeignet ist. Wenn die Ausstattung der Küche sich vebessert und die Toilettenbürsten einmal ausgewechselt werden, kommen wir gerne wieder.
