The holiday home features a spacious living room with a semi-open kitchen that is equipped with every convenience. The four bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people! Additionally, there are two bathrooms (one of which is on the ground floor) with a bathtub and separate shower, and a guest toilet. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and an extra fridge, as well as other household appliances. The holiday home offers a total of 130 m² of living space spread over two floors and a completely enclosed property (250 to 350 m²) with 2 parking spaces.

The greatest fun on the beach is when you find an old fossilized shark tooth. The best place to find these fossils is at the radar tower in Nieuwvliet. Every time the sand is stirred up there, new fossils are discovered.
You are just a 10-minute walk away from the most beautiful sandy beaches in Holland. From here, you can go hiking or simply bask in the sun, play in the sand, or take a swim in the sea! Enjoy a delightful meal at a beach pavilion. The dunes are part of the coastal defense of the region. You can take wonderful walks or bike rides while enjoying the beach and the sea.
The routes along the coast through beautiful dune areas, quiet country roads through flat land, through characteristic cozy villages, and many extensive cycling paths. Nieuwvliet offers you above all a safe and ideal environment to enjoy time alone, together, or with the whole family and to find peace together.
Follow the N49 ("Expressweg") towards Knokke, until the Kaprijke-Breskens exit. Head towards Breskens, via Schoondijke. Then at the roundabout, turn left towards Cadzand-Groede.
Drive through the villages of Boerenhol and Groede towards Nieuwvliet.
At the roundabout, turn right, after the S-curve at Restaurant "De vijf weeghen" continue for another 400 meters and then turn left onto Adornisdijk.
At Restaurant "De Zeeuwse Kust", turn left to the park “Le Rivage“.
