Description

The villa offers you 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one bedroom with 2 twin size beds. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. One bathroom with walk-in shower , one bathroom with tub/shower.
Very spacious living room with a dining room right next to it. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Also in the villa as an area with full size washer & dryer.
From the living room, dining area and master bedroom you have access to the beautiful screened in patio with a view of the pond.

Special features

Very quiet and clean. Steps from the beach. The use of two pools at the Condominiums is included in your rental. Vacation like staying at a private home and like at staying at a large condominium complex. We have a lot of returning customers.

St. Augustine is the oldest city in the USA. Downtown St. Augustine is 6,5 miles from the villa. Approx. 12 minutes by car. St. Augustine offers Castillo de San Marco, Oldest School House, Fountain of Youth, Alligator Farm, Colonial Village, horse carriage rides, wonderful galleries, excellent Restaurants ad a lot more. Two outlet shopping malls are just 20 minutes away by car.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes & gut ausgestattetes TH in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Tennisplätze, Gym und Pools kostenlos nutzbar. Ebenso kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Restaurants in der Nähe. Und vor allem eine deutschsprachige Vermieterin, die sich wirklich jederzeit kümmert ! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wir sind nun schon das zweite mal in St.Augustine Beach Tennis Resort...und müssen sagen..das war einfach Spitze...sehr sauber..super Lage...perfekter Service...man füllte sich nicht allein gelassen..es hat an nichts gefehlt....Wir kommen auf jedenfalls wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen ......unser Enkelkind (5 Jahre alt) hat sich vom ersten Tag an Wohlgefühlt ...so wie wir...die Betten sind perfekt...wie zuhause...Waschmaschine und Trockner..alles da..WLAN läuft sehr gut...dafür das wir 4 internetbenutzer waren(zeitgleich) ...die Jahreszeit war super....wir hatten die ganzen 3 Wochen nur draußen essen können..es war sehr angenehm von den Temperaturen ...der Service einmalig...man konnte sich immer Hilfe/Rat holen....Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dicht bei....5 Minuten mit dem Auto bis Publix...die Anlage sehr gepflegt !!!!

Zusammen mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern haben wir eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche verbracht. Besonders genossen haben wir die schöne Veranda mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den See! Das Haus ist groß,sehr gepflegt und bietet mit seinen 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Die Strandnähe ist optimal!
Frau Friederich hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants (waren alle empfehlenswert!) gegeben. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Es fehlte nichts!
Fazit: wir können das Haus und die Anlage nur empfehlen
