The charming little detached house consists of a living room with a couch and dining area, kitchenette, two bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x two single beds), and 1 bathroom. There is an additional bed available in the living room. The veranda and the garden are also at your disposal. The private property is fenced and is not used by anyone other than the guests.

Cancellation and Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price (deposit will be refunded minus 50 euros for processing)
59 to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
44 to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
20 to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
Nevertheless, the landlord will endeavor to re-rent the property.
