Important information about the location (simply zoom in further on the location map): Your sunny holiday apartment is nestled in a protected, idyllic, and very picturesque setting within the quaint San Juan de Capistrano complex, with the highway running deep in a tunnel beneath the complex. The highway is only faintly visible in the far distance and does not affect our apartments, especially not this one, as it is situated right at the top in the middle of the complex. It is one of our panoramic apartments with a protected, idyllic location at the very top of the complex, on Calle Capuchinos - with good parking options. Description of the location: The picturesque garden complex of San Juan de Capistrano - built in the character of an Andalusian village - is located directly above the center of the coastal town of Nerja. Nerja is said to be 'one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Costa del Sol'. It takes about 5 minutes to drive from the apartment to the center of Nerja (and the old town) and about 3 minutes to the beach (Burriana Beach - Playa Burriana). The well-maintained, village-like holiday resort with a beautiful rock pool is a district of Nerja and is nestled in the greenery on the hills of the natural park above the city center. From many spots, you can expect a spectacular sea view. You will spend your vacation in a beautiful holiday oasis with palm-lined avenues, tropical as well as Mediterranean gardens, and a lake-like pool landscape. Your holiday apartment Solana is hidden and private on the hillside and can be reached from the street in just 46 steps via stairways (which is quite few for this hillside location), which are easy and relaxing to walk, especially since the stairways are divided into smaller sections. This holiday apartment 'Solana de Capistrano' awaits you with 5 'sleeping places': Solana was remodeled a few years ago and equipped with our typical modern and stylish furnishings and comfort, as well as plenty of light and glass surfaces. The interior design of the holiday apartment and the large terrace with the small mini pool will delight you. As always, we have made sure that many Andalusian elements are preserved while not compromising on modernity and comfort. You enter your accommodation via a sunny south-facing terrace of about 30 m², leading into a generously sized, modern holiday apartment behind it. And all this in a very idyllic and protected location with a wonderful sea view. This 'corner' of the complex, which is already built in a neomoorish style like a village, is particularly Arabesque in design and exudes a very picturesque and warm holiday atmosphere. There are 3 air conditioning units. However, you will rarely need to use them, as the two bedrooms of the apartment remain pleasantly cool in the summer, and you can use the awning for shading the living room (south side). Internet is available for you free of charge and unlimited via Wi-Fi directly in your holiday apartment. And with relatively fast speed for local conditions, so you can enjoy the movies via our already paid Netflix account without any shaking. The mini pool (maximum 3 m² in size, like two to three large bathtubs full) is a nice 'add-on' on your own terrace all year round. Either to look at the sparkling water or to cool off - and for the children, it is of course a delight in the season - not always having to go to the big pool for paddling. So you will surely find the perfect mix for your vacation here. ♦ The exact details at a glance: Location: Nerja, Urbanization/Holiday Resort San Juan de Capistrano, about 3 minutes by car to the sea/beach (Burriana Beach). Pleasantly set back protected location of your accommodation on a pedestrian path above a small cul-de-sac. Your holiday apartment cannot even be seen from the street. Heavenly expansive view over the Mediterranean Sea. Below, a staggered view of the typical Andalusian, idyllic, and picturesque rooftops of the neomoorish buildings (see pictures). It feels a bit like 'above the rooftops of Nice', where there were also Moorish and Roman influences. Just like in Andalusia. Those who like such views and a protected location with a sea view are in the right place here. The sight of cars here has a 'break' during your vacation. Only picturesque buildings and the wide view over the blue sea... Drive to the center of Nerja in about 5 minutes by car. Nerja is often referred to as the most beautiful coastal town on the eastern Costa del Sol. We would personally endorse that... Surroundings: Tropical gardens, lake-like rock pool in the resort with lagoon entrance (sunbathing lawns, children's pool, pool restaurant) with sea view and waterfalls, complex built in village character - small individual houses, terraced on the hill. Looks like a typical white village, but is a central district of Nerja. Your terrace: Panoramic sea view up to Nerja center, 30 m² south terrace area with mini pool - for children or for yourself to cool down after sunbathing - approx. max. 3 m² in size. Sun loungers, sun umbrella, chairs, and terrace table. Part of the terrace is shaded by a piece of roofing. Ideal for the summer (of course, also keeps off any rain in the off-season). Additionally, 2 awnings, one in front of the living room, the second at the entrance area next to the mini pool. Description/Equipment: [Layout] Holiday apartment for up to 5 people, 2 equal bedrooms, a proper bed in the living room that can be folded into a large armchair during the day. [Dimensions] approx. 63 m² living space, 30 m² south terrace. [Technology] 3x flat-screen TVs with complete satellite TV (all German channels), 3x air conditioning, Internet/Wi-Fi with unlimited flat rate (free) in the apartment. Mini pool on the terrace. If there's an issue to be resolved, we can organize it promptly - as we speak Spanish and are well-connected. We work with a skilled house technician - and the excellent cleaning team of a local Belgian agency. There, you can also book excursions & order additional services. We fell in love with this area in 2001 and quickly brought along more travel enthusiasts. Thus, we've managed to gain 'shareholders' within the family for our private holiday rentals, allowing us to offer you a great selection of 10 private, modern holiday properties. The rental and formalities are, of course, organized by us here on-site, so there are many advantages for you in this concept, and the booking, etc., is straightforward. Welcome!

Wir haben drei Wochen in der schönen Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und wir haben uns gleich gut eingelebt und sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Frau Irrgang ist tadellos. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist hübsch, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Minipool auf der Terrasse wurde häufig und gerne zur Abkühlung genutzt. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. - 5 Sterne!

Mein Mann und ich können nur sagen, dass wir jederzeit gerne wieder nach Andalusien und auch eine der Wohnungen von Frau Irrgang buchen würden. Wir haben uns in der super ausgestatteten Wohnung in diesen 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Irrgang und Ihr Team stand uns von Anfang an mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und wir können uns nur nochmals dafür bedanken:) Sehen uns bestimmt wieder Petra +Volker
