Description

Located on the southern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District and just 75km from Berlin/150km from Hamburg, Hafendorf Rheinsberg was newly constructed in 2006 right on the Rheinsberger See.

Holiday homes in a modern low-energy construction were built here right on the water as well as a new hotel complex with swimming pool, saunas, fitness and wellness area. Use of the facilities is of course possible. There are also several restaurants there. The small town of Rheinsberg is just 1.5km away and can be easily reached on foot via a pretty promenade.

The holiday home has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet, open living area with kitchen and terrace right on the water! Rent a boat now!!

Canoes included, bicycles included, brand-new Beneteau Antares 5.80 cabin cruiser that does not require a driver's licence can be rented for the weekly rate of 499.- euros or right on site for the daily rate of 119.- euros.

In the enclosed Hafendorf (accessible only with card) at the end of a cul-de-sac with parking space right at the house. Two 2-person canoes and four bicycles included -- allowing you to discover the unbelievable nature without forgoing any luxury.

Toller Urlaub mit Boot

Wir waren mit der Familie zu Gast und hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit Boot direkt vor der Tür. Zusätzlich hatte die FeWo noch alles was das Herz begehrt. Waschmaschine, TV mit Netflix, WLAN, Grill, komplette Küche, genug Platz und 2 Kanus und Fahrräder um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Bei uns kam nie Langeweile auf. Das führescheinfreie Boot haben wir mit viel Freude benutzt und es war eine neue schöne Erfahrung für Mann, Frau und die Kinder.
Nach Rheinsberg sind es mit dem Rad 8 Minuten und zu Fuß 25 Minuten, da kann man dann alles einkaufen. Unterwegs trifft man auf auf einen Gemüsehof, da sollte man auch was holen, denn es ist alles vor Ort angebaut und sehr lecker.
Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
Der Vermieter konnte jederzeit telefonisch erreicht werden, um etwaige Fragen zu klären.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sinnvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Gute Raumaufteilung, Küche mit Allem was wichtig ist, TV im Wohnzimmer und beiden Schlafzimmern. Heimelig, gemütlich. Toll auch, dass der PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Haus ist. Mit den Fahrrädern (inclusive) ist man schnell ins nahe Städtchen geradelt, 2 Kajaks und ein 15-PS-Motorboot (exclusive) gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung.

Schade, dass die Waschmaschine funktionsunfähig war - hier ein "Danke" an die vorherigen Nutzer, die keine Defekt-Meldung an den Vermieter gemacht haben. Wir hatten uns auf die Waschmaschine verlassen und entsprechend gepackt. Ein Shopping-Bummel im ca. 80 km entfernten Outlet Wustermark hat entschädigt.

Wir empfehlen das Reihen-Ferienhaus weiter und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Das Haus und die Umgebung waren wirklich schön. Toll war auch das wir alles benutzen durften -> Kaffeevollautomat, Fahrräder, Kajaks und das Boot. Alles zusammen war es ein Traumurlaub. Wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Wetter, so konnten wir oft mit dem Boot rausfahren und die maritime Umgebung erkunden. Ein wenig mehr Leistung wären perfekt. In der Küche haben wir ein Ceranfeld erwartet, ist aber ein Induktionsherd. Wir nehmen immer ein paar Töpfe mit, die funktionieren nicht alle mit Induktion.
