The centerpiece is the small living and dining kitchen. From there you enter the old "boudoir", which now serves as a cozy living room. Through the large entrance hall you directly reach the two bedrooms and the bathroom. From the main entrance you will find the apartment on the upper floor. On the lower floor you have direct access to the porta, which is located by the pond with rowing boat. In the anteroom of the porta you will also find a refrigerator for drinks, sun loungers and pillows.
Oetzsch was once the smallest feudal estate in Saxony and has served as a manor house since the 19th century. The listed building was extensively renovated by the family after the German reunification. Today Oetzsch offers a relaxing time in the countryside.

The bowling alley of the restaurant "Zur Döllnitzaue" and a public pool "Stadtbad Mügeln" are in the immediate vicinity of the manor house. Schweta is also home to St. Andreas Church, which bears the signature of architect George Bähr - the builder of the Frauenkirche in Dresden.

For cultural acttivties or culinary delights, you have good connections to Dresden and Leipzig. You can reach both cities by car in less than an hour or by regional train via Oschatz. There are various castles and fortresses in the surrounding area. If you prefer swimming and water sports, head to the bathing lakes in the south of Leipzig. For more challenging hiking routes, head to the "Erzgebirge" or "Sächsische Schweiz" - both are just a 1.5 to 2 hour drive away.

The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the renter withdraws from the rental contract without naming a new tenant, the following prorated rental fees are to be paid as reparation, taking into account the expenses saved, provided that a further letting is not possible:
i) Up to 28 days before the date of arrival - full refund
ii) Up to 21 days before the date of arrival - 80% refund of the booking price
iii) Up to 14 days before the date of arrival - 50% refund of the booking price
We ask that you bring hand towels and bath sheets with you.
For pets we charge a flat rate of 30.00 euros
