The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have 1 large double bed. The first bedroom has a balcony. In the second bedroom there is an additional sleeping couch on which 2 people can comfortably stay.
The garden is completely fenced with a ca 80 cm high fence.

Bad Sachsa is a state-approved climatic spa resort and winter sports center. It is located in the southern Harz between Bad Lauterberg and Nordhausen, with the small neighbor Steina, also a state-approved climatic health resort.

You can always withdraw from the lease prior to the rental period. The date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal at the lessor is decisive. In this case, we will try to rent the rental property elsewhere. If this does not happen, however, you have to pay a reasonable compensation (cancellation fees) according to the following list
From 10 weeks before the start of the rental 20% of the total rent
From 8 weeks before the start of the rental 40% of the total rent
From 6 weeks before arrival 60% of the total rent
From 4 weeks before start of rental 80% of the total rent
From 2 weeks before arrival 90% of the total rent
You are always entitled to proof that the lessor has suffered no or only minor damage.
For cancellations 10 weeks before arrival, a lump sum of 25EUR is due.
