Up to 30 days before the start of the trip, the deposit will be retained as a processing fee. From 29 to 15 days, 50%. From 14 to 7 days, 70%. From 6 days to 1 day, 90%. In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% will be charged. The percentage refers to the total price of the booked apartment.
