In the case of a withdrawal from the binding booking, the following cancellation fees are due:
10% of the rental price three months before rental
50% of the rental price two months before rental
70% of rental price one month prior to rental period
80% of the rental price two weeks before rental
90% of the rental price one week before rental
should the apartment still let at short notice let us calculate
