Our holiday apartment is situated in a renovated old building in the middle of the house.
A balcony, a living- kitchen, a good thought- out living- room with loft bed and bathroom with a shower and bath tub are available. Surely we also put a bed under the loft bed for person who do not want to climb or are not able to.
Car- cleaning an Wellness can be booked. We are happy to hang fresh bread at the door.
City Tours are possible in German and English.
Special Events like the wedding day or birthday and other surprises can be organised by arrangement.
We are living in the neighbour- house and are thus in the near. Check In- times do not exist - we welcome our guests also in the night.

The holiday- apartment is situated on the edge of the city centre, 1o minutes walking distance to the city center and 20 Minutes to the ''Völkerschlachtdenkmal'' (monument).
The big, old Peace park with the botanic garden and the modern Lene-Voigt-Park with a lot of kids- playgrounds are immediately in the near to the neighbourhood.
A late sale in the street offers you every day and also at the weekend the shopping of articles until 00:00.
You will find many suggestions for excursions and sightseeing in Leipzig such as actually event- tips in the holiday- apartment.
