A path leads through a sun/moon/archway to Casa Juliana. There are two entrances on two floors. There is a total of approx. 70 m² of living space with a fenced garden and terrace area with table, chairs, and bench. In the magic garden, there is a small pavilion with two sun loungers and a view of the valley.
On the upper floor are two bedrooms for two people each as well as a bathroom with shower with toilet. The ground floor consists of one large living-kitchen room with an open fireplace. In the garden area, there is a swimming pond for general use. It features a fantastic view of the valley.
On the property, power spots and large crystals ensure a free flow of energy and a relaxed atmosphere. The houses and the property are harmonized according to Feng Shui. Energy supply via solar photovoltaic system and heat pump.

Take “Firenze Sud” exit. Follow the feeder road over the Arno Bridge to the traffic lights. Turn right towards Pontassieve to Sieci. At the traffic light, turn left towards Molino del Piano. Cross the town; at the end of the town, turn right towards Doccia (3 km).
Before the sign for Doccia, turn left towards St. Brigida. Follow the road “Via die Parga” for about 800 m until the 2nd path that branches off to the left. Below the Via di Parga 6 sign, take the small road to Casa le Vigne/Via di Parga 14/Giardino dei Orbs e Cristalli.
Turn left before the wooden gate, follow the steep path down into the valley to the next sign, turn right, and after 200 m, turn right again until you reach your destination. Attention: partly gravel road.
