The holiday home was renovated by us with plenty of love and care. The holiday home has been equipped with all comforts to make your holiday not only recuperative, but also pleasant.

Instead of car noise, you'll hear the chirping of the crickets and tittering of the birds. The 2000 m2 property is completely fenced and has no immediate neighbours. The living areas are spacious and offer plenty of space and light, they are furnished in a contemporary and comfortable style.

The sea can be reached by car in 20 minutes. Many sports are offered on the beach at Senigallia, and there is bicycle rental.
There are many museum in the Marche, in Corinaldo, Mondavio and Urbino, for example.
Many cultural events, theatre, concerts and a bustling nightlife in the larger towns.
In a beautiful secluded location, very quiet and idyllic on the slope of the hill. Very beautiful view to Ostra Vetere. The seating area in front of the house offers morning sun and the covered portico behind the house has sun in the afternoon and evening.
The 2000 m2 property is completely fenced and has no immediate neighbours. Pets are welcome!

When I saw Casa Gina f or the first time, it was an uninhabitable ruin. It was lovingly renovated in 2001. I've lived for some years in Italy and it has become my second home, where I can enjoy the quiet and relax.
