Villa Nikolina is a luxury villa located in the small charming village of Sisan only 4 km away from the tourist village of Medulin.
Sisan is located in the south-west of Istria, just 6 km of the tourist city Pula. Here you find wonderful beaches at the 27 km coast with crystal-clear water.
The restaurant near the house (600m) is one of the most popular in the region. Also near the house (300 m) is situated one of the most popular cellar wine in Croatia. Enjoy the pleasurable taste of wine in the southernmost wine station in Istria.
