Casa Graa Gudo is situated on a south-facing slope above the Magadino plain with a view of Lake Maggiore from the swimming pool. The 80,000 m2 property, surrounded by vineyards, gardens, pergolas and woods, can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes on foot from our parking spaces at the cable car valley station or from our parking spaces to the west of the vineyard. Located between Bellinzona and Locarno. You can reach us via the A2 Basel-Chiasso-Milano. Take the Bellinzona Süd exit, drive in the direction of Locarno as far as Cadenazzo.

The total amount is to be paid at the confirmation of the reservation. For Eu citizens. You can also pay in EUR.
Cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded in principle. If in case of cancellation the rental property can be rented again, then 80% of the total amount will be refunded after the reservation dates.
Regarding official restrictions during a pandemic, if the Swiss authorities close our facility, the rental costs will be refunded in full. All other restrictions that prevent a stay (e.g. travel restrictions) must be borne by the tenant or insured.

Our Tenuta Casa Cima is located in a foothill region. It can
therefore very rarely occur that due to weather influences
the supply of water or electricity, as well as the operation of the cable car.
