Our house consists of 2 apartments. The garden (property = 771 m²) can be used by both parties. The terraces are separated. Parking spaces for 2 cars per apartment are located directly at the house.
In the season there is a permanent beach chair right on the beach, which can be used free of charge for apartments no. 1. In addition, two bicycles (men's and women's) can be used.

Timmendorfer Strand can be reached by bus - stop at the harbor - or on foot along the beautiful, newly built promenade.
Only 200 meters away are very nice restaurants (Italian, Greek and Asian, as well as a Turkish kebab shop), a wonderful bakery with indoor seating. Just another 2 - 3 minutes' walk is the cult fish restaurant Gosch, which only opened in April 2017.
The Ostsee-Therme is one of the most popular excursion destinations on the Baltic Sea, which is only a 10-minute walk from our holiday apartment.
The forest high ropes course in Scharbeutz also offers an adventure. For children, the bird park is within walking distance and after 20 minutes you can reach the Hansapark.
The Gosch fish restaurant is now located three times in this bay: Niendorf, Timmendorf and Scharbeutz.
A dog beach is only a 4 - 5-minute walk from the house, which can be used in the high season.
