The Resort Residenz am Balmer See is idyllically located directly on Lake Balmer in the immediate vicinity of a nature reserve. Here you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the Kaiserbäder.
The resort, built in 2012, includes a fitness and wellness area with 3 saunas and relaxation room, as well as a private lawn with direct access to the lake. These can be used free of charge by guests of the vacation apartment.
Welcome at this charming 2-room appartmet of 44m². The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is perfect for 2 edults and one child up to a height of 1.40m.
In front of the house there is a large grassed areas for sunbathing and swimming in the summer. Free parking and free WIFI is available . The wellness area is also free of charge four you. A bread service in the morning is offered throughout the season on site .
The Residenz am Balmer See is located direct at the Balmer lake. A wellness area with sauna and a fitness room is availabe as well as a jetty in front of the house. You can rent bicycles if you like.

A few kilometers away from the baltic see you can relax in the small town Balm . Even in the final kilometers when driving it decelerates . Golfers, cyclists , hikers , boaters and anglers can enjoy their holidays here .

In a 20 minutes drive by car you are at the baltic sea or in a few minutes more in Swinoujscie (Poland)
