Sehr schönes und toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Nachdem wir schon oft im Ferienhaus Salziger Wind und auch im Haus Wellenbrecher der Fam. Oudemans unseren Urlaub verbracht haben, waren wir jetzt nach einigem "Corona-Verschieben" mal im Ferienhaus Maritiem. Es ist zwar etwas kleiner, aber genauso perfekt und liebevoll ausgestattet wie die beiden anderen. Die Vermieter haben wirklich an jede Kleinigkeit zum Wohlfühlen gedacht, und man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an "zuhause" und sehr gut aufgehoben. Herr Oudemans war wie immer sehr fürsorglich und freundlich, für jede Frage, insb. in diesen Covid-Zeiten, erreichbar und hilfreich. Auch dieses Haus der Familie Oudemans können wir nur zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

OK, aber es kommt auf die Ansprüche an

Ruhige Lage und großer Garten super. Für mehr als 4 Personen wird es aber eng. Dusche mit Sparwassereinstellung, Beleuchtung schwach und sparsam, man sollte es nicht hell lieben. Viel Gepäck sollte man auch nicht mitbringen, dafür ist kein Platz. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat nur einen 50 cm Kleiderschrank, die Matratzen sind aber wirklich sehr gut. Wenn man dann noch gut mit den vielen Ameisen hauptsächlich in Küche und Eßbereich gut leben kann ist das Haus wirklich ok. Kommt halt immer darauf an was man für Ansprüche hat und was man gewöhnt ist.

Zunächst einmal muss ich folgendes richtig stellen: die Dusche (Marke Grohe) hat keine Sparwassereinstellung, es handelt sich um eine normale Standarddusche wie in Ferienhäusern dieses Typs üblich, auch die Beleuchtung ist nicht :"schwach und sparsam", sondern die normale Ausstattung. Das Ferienhaus "maritim" (+/- 95 qm) mit drei Schlafzimmern ist ausgelegt für maximal sechs Gäste, ein Paar, also zwei (!) Gäste, findet dort für sieben Tage ausreichend Platz,, die Schrankgrösse ist ebenfalls für Ferienhäuser dieses Typs üblich. Zu den "Ameisen in Küche und Essbereich" möchte ich anmerken: das Haus hat einen sehr grossen Garten, zur Terrasse gibt es bodentiefe Fenster/Türen und es ist im Sommer quasi auf dem Land, mitten in der Natur.....da finden sich allen Unterkünften schon mal wenn auch ungeliebte, aber natürliche "Gaste".
Nicht erwähnt wird in die Bewertung allerdings die Tatsache, dass mich um 21.45 Uhr (!) ein Anruf erreichte, die Birne in der Lampe in der Toilette sei defekt, und ich dafür schnell sorgen könnte, dass eine Fachfirma Deurloo aus Noordgouwe bereits 45 Minuten später für Abhilfe gesorgt hat.

Wat een heerlijk huis! Voor vakantie, en ook om mijn drie kinderen een andere omgeving voor hun studie te bieden na zoveel maanden rondom hun eigen huis. Robuust internet was dus een voorwaarde :). En een verblijf in een prachtig huis en fijne omgeving om daarnaast te kunnen ontspannen.
Alle comfort is aanwezig en de eigenaar was er alles aan gelegen ons een hele fijne week te bezorgen. Een aanrader! Marjo cs.
