On approx. 64m² living space the apartment has a living room with integrated, completely equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable sofa corner with high-quality sofa and armchair. From the living room the furnished west terrace and the large, green garden with swing and sandpit can be reached.
The holiday flat has a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bath with shower and toilet and a housekeeping room with free washing machine. All rooms are equipped with mosquito screens and blackout blinds.
To the vacation home belong a spacious bicycle shed with 2 bicycles usable free of charge and a handcart as well as a passenger car parking bay at the house. The centre can be reached from the apartment by bicycle in approx. 3 minutes, the beach is approx. 5 minutes away by bicycle.

The holiday apartment Seewolf is located very centrally but nevertheless quietly at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach or to shopping facilities.
The Baltic resort Prerow is located on the peninsula Darss-Zingst at the Baltic Sea. In the north Prerow has a wide sandy beach, which was described by the Berliner Morgenpost as one of the most beautiful in Europe. To the west of Prerow is the quaint Weststrand, which offers Prerow's guests a second beach access on the coast.
It is recommended to arrive by car. Coming from Hamburg take the A20 direction Rostock, from Berlin take the A19. Leave the A19 in Rostock at the exit Rostock Ost and follow the B105 direction Stralsund. After Ribnitz-Dammgarten, turn left in Altheide onto the L21 towards Prerow.
