The Villa Meli for 8 people consists of three floors. The basement consists of a garage and a place to play billiard.
On the ground floor there is a living room with Sat tv, Dvd and fireplace.The kitchen with dining room is in this spacious open living room and has everything you need – freezer, electric oven, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, mocha, kettle, toaster. Furthermore there is a laundry room, bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and terrace.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a balcony. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The house has a big pool (50 mq), garden with barbecue and outside toilet.
Close to the villa you find a 30,000 m² ranch with paths for horseback riding and just enjoying the nature. Also there are numerous bike trails which leads you to the next villages or historic istriens towns.

Villa Meli is located in a small village called Selina, near to the beautiful and historic town St. Lovrec with lots of restaurants and cafes, a market and post office. Because of its unique location and surroundings by a beautiful garden with sea view and the forest landscape you have the great opportunity to go on holiday with the whole family.

Cancellation policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
