Tauplitz is located in the Styrian Salzkammergut in the holiday region Ausseerland. On the Tauplitzalm you have in the summer a beautiful hiking area with wonderful natural flowers and in the winter a beautiful ski area.
In the summer many lakes invite to beautiful walks and bathing. The Dachstein mountain range with its glacier is an impressive excursion destination. Schladming, Bad Hallstadt, Bad Aussee, Altaussee and Ischl are places you should look at.
