Description

Cosy holiday home located on the Westerbuchberg with very calm and idyllic surroundings. With a garden of 1200 m2 big, the kids will have a great playground while you can enjoy the amazing view on the Alps from the roofed terrace.

There are three bedrooms, 1 large living/dining room, 1 children’s room and a kitchen. UDH TV with a screen diameter of 132 centimetre.
1200 m2 garden with space for the kids to play (trampoline, soccer goals) and perfect to have a barbecue.
Very suitable for families, but also ideal for couples, small groups / extended families.

Hiking, skiing, mountain biking, swimming or culture - everything is possible in the Chiemgau. 5 km to the Chiemsee beach in Übersee with nice restaurants and a beautiful sun meadow, 10 km to the Chiemgau mountains - ideal for hiking and mountain bike tours, 5km to the new golf course in Achental
In winter: cross-country skiing in Reit im Winkel, Alpine skiing, for example, on the Winklmoosalm or snowshoeing

Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist richtig groß und warm. Die Schlafzimmer gemütlich. Ein Bad und eine Toilette war ausreichend für uns. Wir hatten einen super Gruppenprozess, und die Gegend ist toll für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Nicht nur das Haus war gemütlich, sondern auch die Terrasse war im Oktober noch herrlich zu nutzen! Guter Ausgangspunkt für wunderschöne Radtouren!

Es war alles super. Einen kleinen Punkt Abzug gibt es für das fehlende zweite Bad. Für eine Woche hat es erstaunlich gut zu acht geklappt. Die Toilette und das Badezimmer sind getrennt.
Jederzeit wieder.
