With a size of 110 m2, it is ideal for families or small groups of friends who want to spend their holidays close to the beach. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one with a double bed and 2 with single beds. The room with the double bed offers you lovely views to the mountains. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabin, one of them en suite.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. Step outside to the spacious terrace, have a pleasant dinner or just bask in the sun on one of the 3 sun loungers. The terrace measures 25m2, the same size like the adjoining porch. Pass your free time on the cozy sofa in the tastefully decorated living room reading a good book or taking a nap. The entrance hall counts with 2 more sofas. The independent kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove and a fridge. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Pets are on request, please ask before and keep in mind that there are no animals allowed inside the house. There is no private parking, but you could park for free in close to the house on the side roads.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
ETV/4005
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

Colònia St. Pere, an old fishing village, offers you a few good restaurants, a tiny supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a small yacht club. Stroll down the sea promenade, watch the sailing boats and try our excellent wines and dishes in one of the restaurants. In the zone you will find lots of beaches, the most of them natural areas. The closest one is the sand/rocky beach of Colònia St. Pere, only 250 meters away from the apartment. Lots of bays and beaches for every taste and mood are waiting to be explored: Caló dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjan, Cala Torta, S’Aigua Dolça are just a few beaches (rocky and sandy) in the zone.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
