Holiday destination
The city center of Denia is aprox. 2,3 km away. The nearest beach is aprox. 2 km away. The nearest shopping facilities are about 2 km away, a LIDL and a big CONSUM supermarket. The nearest bar is 650m away from the house. They also serve breakfast and in the summertime you can buy in the morning fresh bread and pastry and have a drink and some tapas on the terrace till late at night. 1100 m away from the house you find a nice restaurant with sun terrace, a 3 course meal with beverage they serve for € 9,50. In Denia you have a modern hospital and English speaking doctors.
Getting there
The best travelling is by plane from many European airports to Valencia or Alicante (eg Ryanair, Easyjet etc.), then you need to rent a car and in just 60-70 minutes you'll arrive at Denia.

Im Februar kaltes und nasses Wetter hier in Deutschland und so machten wir uns auch in diesem Jahr wieder auf den Weg nach Denia. Max hat uns herzlich empfangen, er und seine Familie sind tolle Gastgeber,sehr professionell mit persönlichem Service und immer für ihre Gäste da. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und bekommt in jeder Situation Hilfe. Wir hatten die Santa Maria gebucht, ein sehr gemütliches,sauberes und topp ausgestattet Haus. Alles aber auch wirklich alles was man im Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden und die Nähe zum Centrum super. Sieben traumhafte Wochen bei herrlichem Frühlingswetter liegen hinter uns und bei 18grad Wassertemperatur gingen wir sogar im tollen Pool baden und haben den sehr schönen Garten genossen. Liebes Ferienhaus-Deluxe-Team, zum 3. Mal in Folge war alles wieder top in der Villa Vistamar. Für unsere Zwillinge wurden Babybetten, Hochstühle und ein Kindergitter zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass die kleinen sicher auf der Terrasse spielen konnten. Wir sind immer wieder begeistert von der Ausstattung in der Küche und der Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus und vor allem vom Service. Bei Fragen waren Max und seine Frau immer hilfsbereit und auch unsere Pakete konnten wir problemlos nach Spanien senden lassen - danke auch hierfür noch einmal :-) Der Urlaub in der Villa Vistamar war wie immer traumhaft und sehr erholsam, weil einfach alles passt. Wir kommen wieder :-)
