The world-famous Cape Coral is situated in an area of 300km², crossed by 640 km salt and freshwater canals in South-West Florida, directly at the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Therefore, Cape Coral is perfectly suited for boaters, but also for golfer, who can enjoy themselves on one of the many golf courses.
South-West Florida is a highlight for shoppers, too. They will find everything in the many malls and outlets. Who just wants to enjoy the sun, the sea and an own house with pool, you have chosen the right place. The Villa Sanibel Shell is located in the heart of Cape Coral near Santa Barbara Blvd. in a quiet byroad, but central enough to quickly reach all the hotspots.
Please follow the Terminal Access Road from Fort Myers Airport to leave the Airport grounds. After . miles turn right to the Treeline Ave towards South, then after 2.5 miles left to the Daniels Pkwy and follow it 5.5 miles towards West until it turns into the Cypress Lake Drive via the federal highway 41. After further 1.6 miles, turn right at the Winkler Road and follow it for 0.7 miles until you turn left into the College Pkwy.

Rücktritt durch den Mieter
a) Der Mieter kann vor Beginn der Mietzeit durch schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber dem Vermieter vom Mietvertrag zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zeitpunkt des Zugangs der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter.
b) Tritt der Mieter vom Mietvertrag zurück, so hat er pauschalen Ersatz für die beim Vermieter bereits entstandenen Aufwendungen und den entgangenen Gewinn in der nachfolgenden Höhe zu leisten: Rücktritt bis zum 60. Tag vor Mietbeginn 40%. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist 100%. Im Hinblick darauf wird dem Mieter der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung empfohlen.
c) Dem Mieter bleibt der Nachweis vorbehalten, dass bei dem Vermieter kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist.
d) Der Mieter kann bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag einen Ersatzmieter benennen, der bereit ist, an seiner Stelle in das bestehende Vertragsverhältnis einzutreten. Der Vermieter kann dem Eintritt des Dritten widersprechen, wenn dieser wirtschaftlich oder persönlich unzuverlässig erscheint. Tritt ein Dritter in den Mietvertrag ein, so haften er und der bisherige Mieter dem Vermieter als Gesamtschuldner für den Mietpreis und die durch den Eintritt des Dritten entstehenden Mehrkosten.
e) Der Vermieter hat nach Treu und Glauben eine nicht in Anspruch genommene Unterkunft anderweitig zu vermieten und muss sich das dadurch Ersparte auf die von ihm geltend gemachten Stornogebühren anrechnen lassen.
f) Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet.
