Cancellation policy
You can always cancel before arrival in writing before arrival. In the event of cancellation by the traveller, the landlord will charge for the provisions for the trip and the expenses in the amount of the booked trip price as follows: up to the 31st day before arrival 10%, from the 20th to the 14th day before arrival 40%, from the 13th to the 8th day before arrival 50%, from the 7th day before arrival 80%, on the day of arrival and for no-shows, 90%.

Maring-Noviand is a lively community in the wine and holiday region of Bernkastel-Kues on the Middle Moselle.

You can reach us by car via the A1/A48 exit Wittlich or via the

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Der Vermieter Herr Jacoby hat uns sehr nett empfangen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Liebe Familie Jakoby,
wir hatten eine schöne Woche an der Mosel in diesem tollen Haus. Es fehlte uns an nichts und am Ankunftstag stand ein Moselwein zur Begrüßung bereit.
Das Wetter war nicht jeden Tag sonnig, aber bei der Moselrundfahrt schon. Ausflüge nach Bernkastel-Kues und Trabentrabach. Die Woche verging wie im Flug.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
