Ne Barche is a free standing artists house in the centre of nature. There are no neighbours nearby so you will be able to enjoy the silence.
In the evening you can hear only a few owls or screech owls, in the morning you can hear the birds chirping.
The house has two floors, on the ground floor are a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining toilet as well as a kitchen. Here you will find all the comforts of modern life. On the second level there is a second bedroom with two single beds as well as a light-flooded shower bath. The outdoor area consists of a terrace paved with natural stone. The house is surrounded by meadows, olive terraces and gardens with an open view into the wide valley.
To get into the house you have to walk about 200 m on an ancient mule trail through the olive terraces. It is a beautiful path that runs on a plain, but only if you are sure-footed. Do not forget your flash lights!

Prelá Castello is an idyllic, listed town with a castle ruins from the XII century in the middle of olive groves. Now only 12 people live in Prelá, all very open-minded and helpful.
The only street leading through the village is a dead end and ends on the sunny Piazza. During the summer months village parties are celebrated now and then. The nearest grocery stores are in Vasia (2 km) and Pantasina (1.9 km), the restaurant in Pantasina.

- bei Stornierung bis 12 Wochen vor Anreisedatum wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 50,- Euro berechnet
- bei Stornierung bis spätestens 4 Wochen vor Anreisedatum wird 50% der Mietsumme berechnet
- bei Stornierung später als 28 Tage vor Anreisedatum oder Nichtantritt der Reise wird der gesamte Mietpreis berechnet
Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise, gleich aus welchen Gründen, wird der vereinbarte, gesamte Mietpreis fällig.
Gelingt es Ihnen, einen Ersatzmieter zu stellen, fallen keine Kosten an. Voraussetzung hierfür ist, dass ich eine verbindliche, schriftliche Mitteilung von Ihnen bekomme.
Zu ihrer eigenen Absicherung empfiehlt der Vermieter den Abschluss einer Reiserrücktrittskostenversicherung.
