In a villa in Burg's old town on the isle of Fehmarn. Near the
city park and the swan pond and only a few minutes to the centre of Burg.
Numerous restaurants and shops are nearby. You can look across the rooftops all the way to the historic town hall of the 800-year-old city.
The apartment was completely renovated and has new, comfortable furnishings. The large garden features a terrace with garden furniture. In the bedroom you'll find a high-quality, comfortable double bed with a box spring mattress. The kitchen equipment includes an automatic coffee machine.

Fehmarn, the sunny holiday island in the Baltic Sea, has much to offer and you only have to drive 6 km to reach the beach as well as the surfing areas Burger See and Wulfener Hals. The Südstrand with its seawater swimming pool is 4 km away. Wulfen's golf course can be easily reached in a few minutes by car. As our lessee, you pay reduced fees.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you can stroll through the city park, go shopping in the old town or have a good night out. Burg is the island's largest district and also offers numerous leisure activities in the winter season.
Once you've crossed the Fehmarnsundbrücke, take the exit "Burg". You cannot reach the property by car via Kämmererweg 1 (there is a sidewalk at the end) but rather via Mellentinsplatz 13a. Therefore, turn into Wilhelmstraße in the 2nd roundabout in Burg, and then turn left into Mellentinsplatz. It’s the first property. Turn left. At the end of the driveway to the property, you will find your marked parking space right in front of the front door to your apartment.

You may cancel the rental contract any time prior to the beginning of the stay by sending a written notice. In order to avoid misunderstandings, please send a registered letter; don't call us. We're entitled to the agreed payment even if you need to cancel your holiday, regardless of the reasons.
In the event of a cancellation the following percentages of the rental price shall be raised as a cancellation fee:
up to 90 days prior to the start of the rental period 10%, • 89 to 45 days before the rental period starts: 30% • 44 to 30 days before the rental period starts: 50% • from the 29th day until the 2nd day prior to the start of the rental period 80 % From the last day prior to the start of the rental period and after a no show 100%.
In the event that the property can be rented out according to the same conditions if you do not use if at all or only for part of the rental period, then the renter shall pay a fee 15 % fee for the extra work resulting from this, with the minimum amount being €50. For rebookings of the same duration and at the same rate (only during the same business year) a standard fee of €20 shall be charged. The flat-rate compensation fee due to loss of rental income and additional costs can be reduced by re-letting or crediting any expenses saved. We recommend that you take out external cancellation insurance (such as ERV European travel insurance).
