Cancellation up to 1 month before the agreed arrival day is free of charge. For cancellations made later, we will retain the deposit. In the case of early departure, for any reason whatsoever, the booked service must be paid for.
The apartment is booked for the number of people you have specified, additional persons are only possible with prior telephone or written agreement before arrival and will be charged an additional fee.

Holiday destination
Winter: with ideal snow conditions: directly on the Bernau cross-country ski trail, slopes (direct access to the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau), and toboggan run connection 300m away (very easy to reach on foot or on skis), about 1 km above Auffach.
Getting there
From Munich, take the A8/A93 via Kufstein, then continue on the A12 towards Innsbruck/Brenner - exit at Wörgl - head towards Wörgl Zentrum, and 100 m past the church, turn left into Wildschönau. Niederau is the first village, followed by Oberau. Continue towards Auffach. In Auffach, turn right into the village and after 50m, turn right again towards Bernau.
Arrival is easiest by private car. Parking is available. The holiday apartment is 300m from the ski slope and toboggan run entry point (very easily accessible on foot or skis), with a cross-country ski trail right outside the door.
In the summer, the holiday apartment is conveniently located as a starting point for a variety of hiking routes in the beautiful Kitzbühel Alps.

Fussläufig zum Skilift gelegen - herrlich ruhig. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter, mit vielen Tips und Hinweisen.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Christine und Simon erlebt. Sie waren sehr freundlich und bereit uns bei Alles zu helfen. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, komplett und sehr gemütlich. Die Aussicht immer schön. Wir haben die Kühe und Ziegen gesehen wann wir in der Stall waren. Christine und Simon erzählten uns alles über die Tiere, den Bauernhof und die Umgebung.
Christine hat uns noch gute Tips gegeben für ein herrliches Frühstück in der Nähe. Wir hatten gutes Wetter und habe täglich skifahren gemacht wie wir geplant hatten. Ein Hof und Familie um nochmal unsere Ferie bei zu verbringen!!
