This exceptionally beautiful house is located in an absolutely quiet hillside location with unobstructed lake and mountain views. The town centre with its numerous shops, cafes and restaurants and the lake promenade can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The excellent restaurant "Freihaus Brenner" is in the immediate vicinity and is a short walk away.
By car from the north:
Take the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway to the Holzkirchen exit and then the B318 / B307 to Tegernsee.
By car from the south:
Either via the Inntal, Achenpass and the B307 or the Inntalautobahn, the A8 Munich-Salzburg autobahn, to the Irschenberg exit.
