Our beautiful "Vila Mathilda" is located in Perci / Tar-Vabriga and is an over 300-year-old Istrian natural stone estate. It has been lovingly restored and converted to the highest comfort. Here you will find a comfortable, authentic atmosphere in a quiet, private setting.
The villa consists of two living units that both frame the shapely 35m² pool. The pool can be heated if required. The main house consists of two floors and the "Konoba" is on the ground level. The living units are detached on a private plot of about 1300 m². Each unit has two bedrooms with a double bed each, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and guest toilet. In total, this beautiful property accommodates 8 people.

Perci is a small, very quiet district of Tar/Vabriga. The area is situated on a fertile plateau 112 meters above sea level. The idyllic landscape is characterized by farmland, olive groves, and vineyards. From the plateau, there is a magnificent view of the sea and the neighboring towns of Porec and Novigrad. The beach of Lantera can be reached in 5 minutes, and the neighboring cities of Porec and Novigard in 10 minutes.
