"Obergeschoss einer sehr schönen Villa in einer ruhigen Gegend etwas außerhalb des angenehmen Stadtzentrums von Marsciano. Blick auf die Hügel Umbriens. Die Eigentümer (Vater und Tochter) wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Sehr nette Leute. Einrichtung der Villa sehr geschmackvoll. Schwimmbad und -bereich sehr gut und exklusiv (nur für Ihre Nutzung). Parkplatz innerhalb des Zauns. Sehr gute lokale Restaurants und tolle Städte wie Perugia und Assisi in der Nähe."
"Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist großartig und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Schön ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Die Stadt Todi liegt in der Nähe und bietet schöne Restaurants. "
"Ein wunderschöner Ort, wir blicken direkt in einen Olivenhain, mit einer sehr hilfsbereiten und aufmerksamen Gastgeberin. Das Haus strahlt eine lange Geschichte aus und ist komplett ausgestattet. Und es liegt am Tiberpad, hier in der Nähe kann man schon ans Ufer kommen und es fließen sehen und hören. So schön!"
