"Alles bestens, von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe, top. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der FEWO ist wertig. Keine Abnutzungserscheinungen. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt.
Ein Wermutstropfen gibt es trotzdem, wenn die Wohnung im Dachgeschoß, direkt über der FEWO, vermietet ist, dann kann es sehr laut und störend werden. Wir hatten abends die Situation, dass die Bewohner wohl den Drang verspürt haben, in der Wohnung von Raum zu Raum laufen zu müssen. Zu zweit und jedes Mal über einen längeren Zeitraum. Auch diverse Gespräche wurden, gezwungener Maßen, mitgehört. Es ist sehr hellhörig."

"Das Appartement wurde mit edlen Materialien ausgestattet. Ganz besonders schön, der Bodenbelag, der das Appartement gemütlich macht. Die Fensterflächen lassen viel Licht in den Raum. Wunderbar, die großzügige Dachterasse mit Strandkorb und Blick in die Dünen. Ein feiner Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub in List. Sehr empfehlenswert."
