"Sehr schönes und großes Haus in wunderschöner Lage, ruhig und abgelegen aber gut zu erreichen. Ein großer Pool mit Gartenhaus und Toilette sorgen für perfekte Erholung. Ansonsten Natur pur rund ums Haus. Gute Pizzeria und Café sowie eine gute Metzgerei mit einigen Lebensmitteln ist in Campo Grande 1,5 km vom Haus entfernt zu erreichen. Kann das Haus sehr empfehlen!"
"Amazing views of the sea and the coast from the Villa. Villa was spacious and rooms were comfortable. Big pool and soccer field was a bonus. The kitchen was well appointed. We recommend renting a car with Automatic gear shift because the climb up to the Villa from S113 is steep and winding."
"Wir reisen viel, seit 25 Jahren. Giuseppe ist der liebste Gastgeber, den wir erlebt haben. Er selbst ist schon Grund genug, diese Wohnung zu mieten. Das Haus hat zwei Wohnungen, EG/ OG und eine Dachterrasse. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr bequeme Betten. Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist ein Traum! Es gibt einen schönen Strand - 600 m entfernt (besser mit Auto, wegen Höhenunterschied). Auf dem Weg dahin "Lovely Bar" - mit eigener Konditorei und auch Arancine (Reis, Ragu, Mozzarella - deckt Tagesbedarf an Kalorien). Castellamare in 10 Min., sehr schönes Städtchen, sowohl tagsüber als auch am Abend. Giuseppe und seine Söhne geben gute Ratschläge, was man sehen/essen kann. Und sind extrem lieb und hilfsbereit. Die ganze Gegend um Palermo ist sehr schön!"
"Eine tolle, sehr gepflegte Villa. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt u.a. einen Toaster, einen Stabmixer, eine elektronische Saftpresse und sogar eine kleine Bierzapfanlage (kostet extra). Zwei Kühlschränke bieten genügend Platz für viele kalte Getränke. Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Nach Anfrage hatten wir deutsche Fernsehprogramme zur Verfügung. Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Leider sind die Extrakosten für Strom recht hoch. Im Hochsommer läuft die Klimaanlage halt sehr oft. Eigentümer und Verwalter waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder."
"Ambiente bellissimo, purtroppo causa il meteo non abbiamo potuto godere appieno degli ambienti comuni – in particolare dell’area pranzo. Piccola pecca: in caso di un gruppo numeroso la mancanza di una cucina attrezzata di lavastoviglie si è fatta sentire. Rispondi a Taida Eva"
"Scannale is such a beautiful place saturated with interesting (and cinematic!) history and surrounded by amazing nature. Here you can start the day in the peaceful, leafy courtyard with freshly squeezed oranges from Pino's orchard, picking ripe abricots right from the tree next to the table, cuddle the Pino's dog and her puppy, and then wander through the garden to the clean and inviting pool for a morning swim. Inside the house you'll enjoy the spacious rooms, the variety of charming bedrooms and nice, modern bathrooms, and of course the historical atmosphere that is genuinly present everywhere. You can get basic provisions in the nearest village, ten minutes drive away, but be aware that for proper shopping, you'll need to go for a longer drive (and the road to Polizzi Generosa was temp. closed). There is a nice restaurant nearby, Il Baglio Antico di Maria. The only potential disturbance (if you are sensitive) is from the highway down in the valley, but none of us found it annoying."
