"Sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Haus für viele Menschen. Im Restaurantbereich konnte man gemütlich sitzen. Bei Fragen kam der Hausmeister sofort zur Hilfe. Auch wenn einmal etwas nicht in Ordnung war, war der Hausmeister sofort vor Ort, um das Problem fachgerecht zu beheben."
