Die Villa Cima auf der Insel Krk war einfach Traumhaft. Der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn. Wir waren Ende Oktober 2025 dort. Trotz, daß es ab und zu geregnet hat war der Pool super geheizt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir können das schöne, großzügige , gepflegte, komfortable Ferienhaus in guter ruhiger Lage wirklich sehr empfehlen. Es ist räumlich gut gelöst mit 3 Schlafräumen, 2Bädern, einer großen offenen Küche, angrenzdem Essbereich sowie Wohnzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz. Die Poolterrasse, in Verlängerung des Hauses überdacht, bietet Stühle, Tisch und Liegen sowie einen Gasgrill, woran der Screen anschließt, der Poolbereich und Terrasse vor Insekten schützt. Man hat den Blick direkt auf einen der Kanäle, die Cape Coral durchziehen. Wir waren schon 2 Mal im Haus , einmal mit Tochter, Schwiegersohn und Enkel. Uns hat es hervorragend gefallen. Die Verwalterin ist super,immer zu erreichen. Die Agentur Kremers macht tollen Job ,bietet immer Hilfe an. Last but not least ein Dankeschön an die Eigentümerin!

We (2 couples) spent four weeks here in September 2025, and it was amazing! The location is stunning. The house itself is beautifully crafted with real architectural details, those who know will see and appreciate it. Everything was spot clean. The pool is fantastic and the big terrace makes it possible to hang out wherever you want during the day. The house is fully equipped as expected, but expectations are overdone by the quality of materials they chose. The region itself is beautiful. We also took further trips with a rental car, but the area around the house is stunning on its own. At walking distance (around 20 minutes) from the beach, with many stores, restaurants, and other activities nearby. Hats off to the owner/host!
