Cancellation policy
If the tenant is unable to commence the agreed holiday period, they must notify the landlord as soon as possible. The cancellation costs are tiered as follows:
- up to 10 weeks before the rental period begins 25% of the total rent,
- up to 4 weeks before the rental period begins 50% of the total rent,
- up to 1 week before the rental period begins 90% of the total rent,
- up to the day the rental period begins 100% of the total rent.
This applies unless the property can be rented out to someone else during the planned rental period. It is therefore recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
If the agreed rental period is not fully adhered to, the full rental price for the agreed duration must still be paid.

Holiday destination
Zarace Bay consists of a small collection of weekend homes owned by locals from the city of Hvar who occupy these houses during the summer or rent them out. The bay is lively in the peak season, with life revolving around the terraces of restaurants and the beach. You cannot drive directly into the bay itself. Cars must be parked either about 100 meters away in the neighboring restaurant's parking lot or further back on the plateau. A wheelbarrow is available for transporting luggage.
The capital city of Hvar and the ferry port town of Starigrad are both easily accessible, each being 8km away.
