Holiday destination
Our house is located in a nice, sophisticated neighbourhood. Adittionally, it is convenietely placed as regards transport facilities. A supermarket is just one mile away. The way to the Interstate 75 is short so you can reach the airport of Fort Myers in half an hour.
The Villa comes with a direct Gulf access. The boat can be comfortably moored at the private boat dock. The way to the river (speed zone) is only 35 minutes by boat. From there you can go to the beatiful beaches at the Gulf or to Fort Myers downtown. There are two restaurants in Cape Coral which can be reached by boat. Watching dolpins, a relaxing day on the beach or sightseeing - everything is possible with the boat.

Wir durften in diesem Haus mit 2 Pärchen Urlauben.
Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft schön. Angefangen mit der gesamten Ausstattung und Größe der Zimmer, der imposanten Deckenhöhen, der Poollandschaft und der Terrasse, das Bootsdeck bis hin zu den traumhaft schönen Sonnenuntergängen, welche man von der Terrasse aus genießen kann, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.
Sehr guter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Check in und out, alles perfekt.
Wir können dieses Haus können wir nur empfehlen.
