Your holiday residence awaits you: 62m² consisting of a lovely dining room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a separate living room and a newly renovated bathroom. Internet is available. The large terrace is decorated with beautiful Mediterranean plants. There's also a storage room and a washing machine.
Our holiday home is located in a small residential area with only 43 houses. We provide parking spaces near the house. Providing comfortable beds was important to us and we also made the bathroom a priority. There's no road between our home and the beach, so kids can get there safely.

Our holiday home is only 30 metres from the lagoon and the promenade, but the terrace is quietly situated and offers plenty of privacy. Countless restaurants and cafes as well as the large marina are within easy walking distance.
We have a (German-speaking) caretaker on site; she will hand over the keys and gladly assist you with any questions or problems you may have. After booking your stay, you'll receive directions and details about the location.

The lessee is entitled to cancel the contract for a justified reason. Bad weather is not a justified reason. Cancellation must be made in writing 8 weeks before the trip begins.
If it is not possible to re-let the house under the same conditions, the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the trip begins, we charge the full rental price.
You may want to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
