The "Chalet at the river" is located in a small village close to Bad Birnbach. The apartment has recently been fully renovated and provides a combination of luxury and comfort which will make you feel at home away from home.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Die Bilder trügen nicht. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem TOP Zustand und es war für uns wie "Nach Hause Kommen". Alles war blitz blank sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet. Selbst ein netter Willkommensgruß und einen Kinderhochstuhl (den wir nicht beantragt hatten) war für vorbereitet gewesen. Für Fahrer mit E-Auto gibt es eine Wallbox die zu Eigenkosten mitbenutzt werden kann. WLAN in der ganzen Wohnung war sehr gut. Für das instabile Handynetz konnte man die kostenlose Rufumleitung aufs Festnetz nutzen. Es wurde einfach an alles gedacht! Danke, dass wir hier sehr erholsame Tage genießen konnten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Familie Lagies hat hier 2 kleine Paradiese geschaffen. Die 2 Wohnungen sind optimal ausgestattet und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Ambiente und die Ruhe sind ideal für Erholungsuchende und Individualisten.
Wir fänden es sinnvoll, noch etwas mehr Geschirr zur Verfügung zu haben, damit die Spülmaschine voll ausgelastet laufen kann.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir wurden überrascht von einem wirklich hübschen, einladenden und liebevoll gestalteten Ferienhaus und fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl.
Es hat fast an Nichts gefehlt. Die Kontaktaufnahme am ersten Tag und die kleine Tisch-Überraschung haben ebenfalls dazu beigetragen.

Einziger Kritikpunkt war für uns die steile, steinige Zufahrt zur unteren gebuchten Wohnung; wir hatten die Furcht mit dem Fahrzeugboden aufzusetzen und parkten nach dem ersten Versuch nur noch oben.
Dies war dann problemlos. Vielleicht gibt es eine Lösung?

herzlichen Dank, dass sie sich zeit genommen haben um unsere Ferienwohnung zu bewerten. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass Sie sich bei uns wohl gefühlt haben und Ihnen die Wohnung auch Ihren Vorstellungen entsprach.

Die Zufahrt ur unteren Wohnung ist eigentlich nur für den temporären Bedarf
und auch für die Bewirtschaftung des Grundstücks vorgesehen. Wir haben hierfür ausreichend Parkfläche im oberen Bereich geschaffen um dort das Auto bequem abzustellen.

Wir wünschen Ihnen eine gute Zeit und freuen uns auf einen erneuten Besuch im Chalet am Bach.
