Our complex is located in the Central Carinthia region. This area offers you beautiful cycling paths, numerous Nordic walking and hiking trails for both the experienced and inexperienced, many swimming lakes, and excursion opportunities. There's something for everyone.
Approximately 2 km to Lake Ossiach, reachable by bike in 15 minutes. Villach about 7 km—shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (also on Sundays). Annenheim sports center about 1.5 km (tennis, horse riding, sailing, paragliding, boat rental, and much more).

Wir waren vom 06.07-12.07.2019 bei Ihnen als Urlaubsgäste und waren sehr begeistert.
Uns hat es allen gefallen und würden gern wieder kommen im nächsten Urlaub wenn es klappt.

Wir waren Im Juli 2016 im Family-Inn, das sind 7 FeWo. Wir hatten Wohnung 3, mit 5 Betten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, besonders erwähnenswert sind die guten Betten. Die Küchenzeile im Wohn/essraum mit Backofen, Mikro etc. sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Es gibt Grillmöglichkeit, Tischtennes, Spielplatz, eine Garage zum Einstellen der Fahrräder. Ruhige Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmung, in 5 min ist man auf der Autobahn. Am Ossiacher See kann man als Gast ein schönes Strandbad kostenfrei nutzen. Unsere Jungs (15+17) machten einen Paraglydingkurs, diese ist kurz vor dem See, sehr gut zu ereichen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, si bietet z.B.auch die kostenlose Villach-Card an, die wir mehrfach nutzen (z.B. Kostenfreie Radbusse, geführte informative Wanderungen)
